• The venue of AICOG 2025 is the Jio Convention Centre. This venue is located in the
Bandra Kurla Complex popularly called BKC, which is located in the heart of the city. It is in
the same region where we had held the previous All India Conference in Mumbai in 2013. It is 15
to 20 minutes from the Mumbai Airport.
• This venue is one of the best convention centres in the country. It has been built
with passion by the Indian Billionaires Mukesh and Nita Ambani. It is the same venue where
recently the Anant Ambani wedding took place!!
• The venue is located in a rectangle. Half of the rectangle is occupied by the
convention centre, while the other half is occupied by the Jio Mall which houses some of the
best shops and Brands in the World including the newly opened Apple service centre. You can
easily visit the mall, whenever you can find the time, from the busy scientific schedule of the
conference.
• The convention centre is vertically aligned. The AICOG Committee has taken the entire
centre, that means the ground floor plus three floors (1st, 2nd and 3rd floor). You can travel
up and down the venue, with the aid of lifts and escalators. In fact, one of the world's largest
passenger lift, with a capacity of 100 people, is located in the centre. As the centre is
vertically placed, all the three important areas namely Scientific Halls, Food and Entertainment
Halls and Trade Exhibition Halls are within 2 to 5 minutes walking distance. As all this will be
housed in air-conditioned comfort, you will not feel tired. For senior citizens, we will be
providing electric carts for mobility.
• The centre also houses the Jio World Theatre wherein numerous plays and events are
going on. You can book and enjoy an event in the theatre. Please click here
Bookmyshow.com
to book.
• There are more than 30 plus top restaurants in the BKC region itself including two
within the centre. You can book these restaurants personally and enjoy the cuisine. Please go to
the websites: Zomato Zomato.com or DineOut Dineout.co.in to find good
restaurants.
• In the past few years the Mumbai city has rapidly developed. You can travel by Metro,
visit the newly opened Atal Setu or the newly opened Mumbai Coastal Road. The coastal road will
take you from Bandra Kurla Complex to Nariman Point in just 30 minutes, where you can visit the
Gateway of India and have a cup of tea at the iconic Taj Mahal Hotel.
• The organising Committee has invited at least 100 international faculty and thousands
of national faculty to enrich your scientific knowledge, which will enable you to serve your
patients better. We have 21 workshops and 12 parallel scientific halls. The biggest advantage is
that the scientific halls are in a cluster and you can easily travel between halls, within a few
minutes, without getting physically exhausted.
• Mumbai is well known for celebrities. Many celebrities and stars have assured us that
they will participate in the Conference to promote the prevention of Anemia, prevention of
female cancers and promotion of the concept of Gender Equality.
• On Wednesday 8th January, we will have 21 parallel workshops. The workshops will
enable the participants to fine tune their skills and help them to introduce new techniques in
their practice.
• On the day of the Inauguration (Thursday 9th January), we will have the famous C G
Saraiya CME in the morning from 8:30 am till 1:00 pm, followed by 10 Committee / PICSEP
workshops in the afternoon, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. In the evening, we will have the inauguration
and the installation ceremony of the new FOGSI Team 2025. Following this, we will have the
fashion walk curated by leading Indian designers, which will focus on the problem of Anemia in
our country. Many celebrities, stars, our own colleagues, politicians, bureaucrats and civil
society will be participating in this Walk.
• The scientific program will be there on Friday 10th January, Saturday 11th January and
Sunday 12th January in 12 parallel halls.
• On Friday 10th January and Saturday 11th January, during the lunch hours, you will be
entertained (in the pavilion area on the ground floor) by many Indian cultural groups, who will
showcase their skills in poetry, comedy, dance, music and acrobatics.
• On Friday 10th January night, the famous Indian singer Sonu Nigam and his troupe will
perform and entertain you. He will be supporting the prevention of female cancers. This program
is free to all Conference faculties and delegates.
• On Saturday 11th January night, we have the paid banquet. We will be having a cultural
program that will promote the concept of Gender equality, which is the need of the hour. This
program will also involve the participation of many celebrities, politicians, bureaucrats, stars
and civil society.

sight-seeing. For more help on that

• All delegates will be getting a Conference Delegate Kit consisting of a bag and
numerous books.
• On Sunday 12th January during the Valedictory function, there will be numerous prizes
for the best papers / posters, in the scientific sessions. Also there will be lucky draw session
with many prizes.
• We would request you to register as soon as is possible, as there is a possibility,
that the AICOG Organising Committee may have to stop registration, due to the anticipated
participation of a large number of delegates coupled with a limited availability of space, at
the venue.
• Looking forward to welcoming you to Mumbai in January 2025.
